This is a teaser preview of the much anticipated documentary about the rise of the Miami Hurricane football program in the 1980s and early 90s. It talks about how the program was a product of, and part of a solution for, the racially tense environment brought along by the cocaine wars and race riots of the early 80s. It was produced by acclaimed film crew & UM alums at their Miami-based media studio rak on tur'. If you haven't seen their documentary "Cocaine Cowboys" yet, stop what you are doing right now and do so. It's prolly the realest documentary out right now by far. (You can go to their blog by clicking on the link in my, "Your Favorite Blogger's Favorite Bloggers" Section below in my sidebar.)
The documentary will air immediately after the Heisman presentation concludes which is sometime in the middle of December. Don't miss this. It get's the Coach's certified "Stamp of Approval." If it's not good, you can bring your complaints directly to me. But I'm sure you won't have to...
