Mos Def & Jay Electronica Call Out Jay Z

It's about damn time!!!
I'm tired of hearing people call themselves the "Best Rapper Alive" "G.O.A.T." and all those other self-hyping monikers they say in their songs.
I'm also tired of only getting rap battles from unknown neighborhood rappers.
It's kinda like college football.
The DIAA, DII, DIII schools have a good system for getting winners: a playoff (neighborhood rap battles).
But the DIA schools (famous rappers) are using a broken system: the BS BCS (just proclaiming themselves the best on their own songs).
When will the USC's, Texas's, Miami's, and Alabama's of the world (Nas, Wayne, Jay, Ye, etc.) prove their worth in a playoff (rap battle)?
Well Brooklyn rapper Mos Def aka Black Dante, decided enough is enough. So here's his initial thoughts followed by his actual plan:

Well HOV, seems to be playing the role of the Bowl Committee Member, who's too happy wit the money rollin in like it is right now to change the system (show up to the battle) cause he hasn't, TO MY KNOWLEDGE, responded to Mos' request.
Here is one of the artists from the proposed 5 on 5 battle, Jay Electronica (my favorite artist out right now) echoing Mos' sentiments that Jay Z GROW A PAIR and make this happen:
